Fashion Startup Award & Christmas!
This past Friday, we presented at Fashion Basecamp’s British Fashion Startup Awards! After being chosen as one of ten nominees in September, we showcased our brand at the Going Global Event at Olympia London and we were awarded 3rd Place!
I had the opportunity to meet potential distributors, agents and exporters who were impressed by the quality and designs of our handbags. Then we were given the opportunity to present to the panel of judges from the world of fashion and business.
At the end of the presentations and Q&A sessions we were awarded 3rd Place at the British Fashion Startup Awards! What a lovely way to head into the holiday season!
The fun is not over yet though. We have three private events in the coming weeks where you can celebrate with us and your friends...and another pop up shop!
Our first event is at the exclusive Mortons Private Members Club. We will be having a Christmas Bazaar this Thursday, 24 November from 12:00-17:00 in aid of the charity Fondna Nadezda which helps to provide disabled children with access to an education.
We are excited to organise this event with Alabaste Cashmere, 1001 Remedies and Atelier Romy. There will be champagne, Christmas afternoon tea and shopping. Please rsvp with here.
Also, we have our annual Christmas trunk show on Tuesday, 6 December at the Mandeville Hotel from 18:00-21:30. There will be silk brand Sophie Cameron Davies, beautiful scarves from Fariba Soltani and high powered networking with Amvigo Elite. So don’t miss out on an evening of drinks and Christmas treats. We will also be participating in an event called Discovered House of Hygge! This an exciting event for us as my designs are heavily influenced by the clean lines and minimalist Danish style.
