Over the last few weeks, I have been messaged by other women to participate in the latest instagram trend to post a black & white selfie captioned with #womensupportingwomen and nominate 50 other women to do the same.

I felt that a selfie would not do much to affect change and decided instead to post a video with ideas on how women can actually support each other in practice...
